We are members of the Phoenix Celiac Organization and pride ourselves on baking items that use eliza tested ingredients for our customer's safety. If you have an allergy to any type of foods in addition to being gluten free just let us know. We do small batches and in most cases can accomodate your needs with little or no additional cost.

Our gluten free Biscotti are made with rice and garbanzo flours,almonds,baking powder, xanthan gum, sea salt, butter, chocolate chips,fruit(non-sulphured),eggs. All are made from scratch, all natural with no additives or preservatives. Biscotti are great for dipping in coffee or hot cocoa and are 10 inches long and 1 and 1/2 inches wide approximately.

Specify dark chocolate with cherries, pineapple white chocolate with almonds, or apricote white chocolate chip.
